N.E.A.T stands for Non Exercise Activity Therapy. If the word “exercise” gives you a panic attack, we are here for you. Transitioning from an older habitual way of living can be quite a shock. We are here to make it as comfortable as slipping into a warm bath!

Our “Small Weekly Changes” plan coincides wonderfully with N.E.A.T. Research proposes that small sessions of low intensity physical activity during your day has increased health benefits that can be equivalent to some high intensity sessions.
